The total site spans 3.11 acres and offers direct access to 300ft of private beach. In total there will be 308 apartments of two, three and four bedrooms, divided into 5 blocks within the tower. There are currently approximately 82 three and four bedroom apartments still available for sale; sizes of the remaining residences range from 2,713 sq ft to 5,963 sq ft.

Armani House is the latest Armani Residences Project, developed by Gil Dezer and the Related Group and this time the project involves Cesar Pelli, one of the most world famous architects of the 21st Century. César Pelli, founder of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, is an Argentine American architect who has designed some of the world's tallest buildings and other major urban landmarks. Some of his most notable contributions include the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the World Financial Center in New York City. Related Group and Dezer Development : Architect

The Residences by Armani/Casa is one step closer to completion as Dezer Development and The Related Group have announced that the tower has topped off at 649' and is now 80% sold. The development team and the tower’s general contractor, Coastal Condominiums, and executive architect, Sieger Suarez Architects, commemorated the topping off of the 56-story contemporary glass tower designed by world-renowned architect César Pelli with a luncheon for over 500 construction workers, engineers and other contractors involved in the project.
